 Jockey World Academy is part of Jockey World Inc., an organization that promotes education and safety of individuals seeking information and eventual careers in the horse racing industry. Recognized by organizations such as The National Thoroughbred Racing Association (NTRA), The Jockeys Guild, the Daily Racing Form (DRF), and Horse Racing Television (HRTV), Jockey World is dedicated to providing reliable information, training, and guidance to anyone who is seeking information or wishes to pursue a career in the horse racing industry. Jockey World Academy offers the opportunity for individuals to develop skills that will be useful throughout their lives.
Developed by former jockey Frank Lovato, Jr. and master educator Fred Clemons, Jockey World Academy offers the opportunity to acquaint and prepare, as well as lay a solid foundation, for individuals with a desire to further their knowledge or pursue a career in the horse racing industry. There is no other program out there that is like this available on the world-wide-web!
Lessons are based on information related to the horse racing industry and delivered to Jockey World Academy students through videos, images, interviews (audio files) and articles.
Upon successful completion of the General Racetrack Studies program, individuals will receive a Certificate of Achievement and each student will have a solid foundation of knowledge. This knowledge can then be applied within the workplace, at Frank Lovato's Jockey Camp or other learning institutions.
